Built With Pride Constructing top quality homes comes naturally for Tim Merchant and Chad Leap, owners of Skyline Builders, Inc. The two men have been in the construction business since 1990 and established Skyline Builders in 1996. They create homes for people who want a stylish residence built with pride. When Tim and Chad first started they completed every phase of the home building process themselves. After building many homes around the Rochester area Tim and Chad decided to expand their business to other areas in Northern Indiana. As business grew, they developed a trusted crew of sub-contractors to help keep up with the demand for their custom homes. They are members of the Builders Association of Kosciusko-Fulton County, which sponsors a parade of homes every year. In 2002, Skyline Builders was the recipient of the 1st place People’s Choice Award, which was voted by people who viewed that year's parade homes.
